I spent the best part of four days down covering the Finals of the World Rowing Champs in Karapiro , for AFP

I have always enjoyed photographing rowing as the Athletes are some of the best Athletes I deal with , they are alway keen on any idea I come up with for a picture …no matter how stupid!! .

so it was great to be there to see crews that I had photograph over the years make it to the top in there sport .

and with such a high level of competition the emotion of winning was there when they crossed the finish line . which also happened to make great pictures
