what its like working with the Emirates Team Zealand two wins away from possibly winning the Americas Cup ….

Co Owner of our sister Site www.thevc.co.nz  Hamish Hooper who has been in San francisco for the past 5 months working as the producer /editor and shooter with the Americas’s  Cup Campaign , gives a bit of a insite what it is like from his point of View ….

“If you think you have a stressful job… think again.
No job I have ever worked on has even  come close to having to deal with the stress of the job we have on in San Francisco at the moment.
Unfortunately its not the stress of the shooting, editing, and distributing content as well as helping to manage the throngs of media all wanting a slice of the Emirates Team New Zealand story.
That’s all the easy part, in fact I wish there was more of this workload… way more- simply to take my mind off the drama that is happening on the race course with Dean Barker and the
guys going toe to toe with the Oracle team.
The stress of being involved in a team and project that you have such an emotional attachment to and the winning of being so so huge for not only myself, but the rest of the
team and the entire country for that matter is bordering on too much.
The jury is out on weather I can stand to watch anymore racing.
I’ll just have to keep my head down and do what I am here to do!”
