A week in the life of ……….Me

A week in the life of ……….Me

I do a bit of speaking here and there and a little bit of teaching as well, one of the questions I get most is what sort of things do i do ?
so I thought I would give a bit of a rundown on a week ¬†with me ….. sometimes I find its good to look back on a week , its a pretty good job I have and one I really . but like any job you tend to have a moan once in a while so its good to look back on a week and realize I dont really have much to moan at !
Saturday
its the Heineken open Tennis finals with David Ferrer and David Nalbandian ¬†in Auckland ,I’m down to cover it for AFP ¬†,
shoot the game and the semis the day before  (which was a quick one)  and filed  25 pics to AFP in Hong Kong
Sunday  was a day  off and family day with my Wife and two Kiddies
Monday  6am start  shooting some pictures or a  company  called weta Marine , ( I did have to set up my under water kit for the shoot on Sunday which takes about a hour )
we were trying to get it shot by 12pm as bad weather is set to come , Just got it finished and the weather turned to custard . glad we brought the shoot time forward
Tue is spent processing the Boat pictures  ( still raining heavily outside ) and a production meeting  for a upcoming video Shoot
Wed starts with more  meetings with a project on super yachts that I have been working on for the past 2 and a half years ( more on that later !)
Thursday is a Shoot at Ports of Auckland for one of my Long term Clients Bloomberg , they have quarter  earning figures coming out so a range of Pictures are needed for them started shooting at 9.30 and was finished by 12 pm  headed to a cafe and filed  25 pictures for  to hong kong also for a 2pm deadline
Friday   is a 10 am press call for AFP as the secretary of State for the UK William Hague in in  town so I have a signing of a doc ( not very exciting !) and a press conference 12.30  ( even less exciting !) to cover for AFP you never know what can happen so pays to turn up to these sorts of things   , then another meeting for a video shoot at the end of Feb
and back to Saturday again ( not sure where the week went to .. but anyway  ) hopping on a 10am flight to wellington to cover the First one day international cricket  Pakistan v NZL for AFP again
and shoot and  a stay over night  that then back on a flight first thing on Sunday
for a Day off on Sunday
